So much of who we are lives beneath the surface — the disowned, forgotten, or misunderstood parts that quietly shape how we move through the world. In this three-hour gathering, we’ll explore the terrain of the shadow and the inner parts that long to be seen, heard, and integrated.
Using guided reflection, writing, and facilitated conversation, we’ll begin to recognize how our protective patterns formed, what wisdom they hold, and how self-awareness can become a path toward greater compassion and authenticity.
This workshop offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to meet yourself more fully and reclaim the energy it takes to keep parts of you hidden.
