Join me for a cozy gathering of Yin Yoga, Meditations, Viking Bath, Nordic Sauna, icebath, hot tubs, followed by hot drinks and snacks in Newquay, Cornwall. £39
Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of Yin Yoga and find deep relaxation through meditation. Expect relaxation and healing with crystals, sound, healing herbs and oracle cards.
Afterwards, indulge in the invigorating Viking Bath experience for 1 hour. Unwind and relax in the nordic sauna and hot tubs at Saunassa. For the brave, take a dip in the icebaths.
