Yin Yoga, Meditations, Viking Bath, Nordic Sauna, icebath, hot tubs, followed by hot drinks and snacks in Newquay, Cornwall. Please join me for this cozy gathering. £39
Immerse yourself in the ancient practice of Yin Yoga and find deep relaxation through meditation. Expect relaxation and healing with crystals, sound, healing herbs and oracle cards.
Afterwards, indulge in the invigorating Viking Bath for 1 hour. Unwind and relax in the nordic sauna and hot tubs at Saunassa. For the brave, take a dip in the icebaths. As the evening unfolds, experience hot and cold therapy, and enjoy the warmth and company. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to recharge your mind, body, and soul. Please bring a swimsuit,
