Deep Restorative Sound Bath Guided Meditation

Give yourself an hour to deeply rest. You don't need to do anything but listen and follow along — we'll guide you through every moment.

This experience unfolds in two gentle phases, carried throughout by the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments:

🌊 Phase 1: Progressive Relaxation — We begin with a guided progressive relaxation exercise, moving through the body step by step and inviting each area to soften and release. By the end, your body is deeply relaxed and ready to receive.

✨ Phase 2: Reiki Healing Light Guided Meditation — From that deeply relaxed state, you'll be guided through a Reiki healing light meditation, led by a Level 2 attuned Reiki practitioner who channels Reiki energy over the group as you rest. This is completely hands-off — there is no physical touch at any point. You simply lie back, listen, and receive.

No experience is needed. There's nothing to get right and nothing to prepare — whether this is your first sound bath or your fiftieth, all you have to do is show up and lie down. Reiki and sound healing are relaxation practices, not a substitute for medical care.

What to bring:

• A yoga mat or something soft to lie on
• A blanket and small pillow for comfort (your body temperature drops as you relax!)
• A water bottle
• An eye mask if you like (optional)

Good to know:

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in — we begin promptly at 7pm, and the door will close once we start so the room stays quiet.
• We'll be in the Basement at the Woodbury Branch Library 3265 Federal Boulevard · Denver, CO
• Reiki and sound healing are relaxation practices, not a substitute for medical care.
