Kirtan, or music meditation, soothes the heart and soul! Come and experience it for yourself. We start with guided meditation, yoga breathing, seated yoga stretches, Yoga Nidra, and end with a joyful kirtan. We guarantee you will be more relaxed and at peace by the end of the class at the beautiful and serene Sole to Soul Yoga Studio in the heart of Albany.

We are Ramai & Alaya (and family) and we have been offering mantra meditation and kirtan events in Oregon since 2021, and we have personally practiced this meditation daily for 25 years. We love freely sharing the gift of the yoga philosophy lifestyle with others.
