Join us for a day of fitness at our gym. 4 workouts, no finals. Workouts have been planned and will be released SOON if not already.
This is a non-RX competition meaning that if you are proficient in RX standards this competition is not for you (but you can volunteer if you want to be a part of this!)
Intermediate, Novice, and Masters divisions. Vendors will be coordinated for the day and fun will be had. Get registered so you can lock in your shirts and have a reason to put that nose to the grindstone!
