Take the time to calm your mind, listen to your body and find yourself in the present. In grounding, clearing and balancing one’s energy. Thursday mornings we journey into a deeper sense of healing. Both new and experienced meditators are welcome.

About the instructor

Karen Sittig is a healer, an intuitive, a guided meditation facilitator, and an artisan. She is a third generation energy healer, and she was taught energy healing from a very young age by family members. She has been studying the healing arts professionally since 1983, and practices at Stone's Throw Gifts and Songbird Healing Center in Cotati, in addition to Soft Medicine. In today’s hectic world, Karen feels that it is more important than ever to meditate to remain centered and stay in the light.
