Sunday Morning Meditation and Dokusan

When: Sunday mornings, 8:30 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Please arrive on time to begin at 8:25 a.m.
Where: In-person only

The practice session includes several Zazen practice periods and an opportunity for Dokusan (a private meeting with the teacher to work koans or ask questions about practice).
Following meditation, there is often a time for community connection and a shared meal. All are welcome to join and deepen their practice. The morning includes several 25-min meditation (Zazen), with a 5 min walking meditation (Kinhin) in between.

Newcomers and experienced practitioners are welcome to join and deepen their practice.
