We begin with gentle chanting and toning — simple, natural sounds that help us arrive and settle together. No experience is needed.
Then comes an hour of focused gong playing: long, slow, meditative sound that opens inner space.
When the sound fades, we remain in silence to let everything integrate.
The session lasts about two hours.
You leave with a deeply quiet mind and a fully refreshed body.
