DEEP DIVE INTO THE CHAKRAS: MULADHARA THE ROOT CHAKRA

✨ Join Linda and Danielle for the first of the seven chakra's workshops, here they will be focussing on the first chakra, Muladhara the root chakra.
🌱 Muladhara means root and is associated with the element earth as it is said to be linked to your ability to dig in and feel firmly rooted in your life. This energy centre is associated with your sense of security, familial relationships and your feeling of home.
📿Through complementary breathwork, yoga practice and meditation Danielle and Linda will share their knowledge about each chakra and would love to walk beside you on your personal journey as you enjoy the process of working with the chakras, guiding you to enter, align, activate, soften, attune, illuminate and awaken the presence within you.
Suitable for beginners and regular practitioners; the asana will be a Vinyasa style flowing sequence.
NOT suitable for pregnant people.
