Back by popular demand! A workshop class for your Hips! Plan on 1.5 hours for a stretching and opening for our lower body. Your hips will thank you!
During this workshop we will dive deep into the Hips by stretching, flexing, opening and moving the joints. Afterward you'll realize just how tight those hips were!
Expect light hands on assist where you can explore your body more deeply.
The assists are a finger of touch, no pushing / pulling. Assists are meant to help client explore deeper stretching on their own, not through the assisting person.
ALWAYS able to Opt in or Opt out of assists.
Take home a handout to help you remember all those yummy stretches you felt during the explorative workshop
