The Camp Naticook Counselor in Training Program (CIT) returns for year two with new leadership. The FREE Training program prepares teens who are 14 & 15 years old to become future leaders by developing self-esteem, peer relations, interpersonal skills, and leadership techniques. CIT participants will receive training to prepare them to work with adults, peers, and children.
Through a hands on learning experience, CIT's will get the chance to plan and implement camp activities for various age groups. They will also get the chance to learn from our dedicated team of camp staff. CIT’s will help to plan and implement weekly Camp special events.
Participants will learn lessons daily while interacting with peers and having FUN! This program will be offered in three week long sessions. Interested individuals can sign up for 1 three week session. Spaces are limited to a maximum of 8 CIT's per session.
CIT's are expected to participate in all 3 weeks of the session they are registered for.
