A 7-hour Workshop for Parents, Professionals, and the Children We Once WereAre you passionate about understanding how adult behaviours - often subtle and well-meaning - can profoundly shape the lives of children and adolescents?
Join me, Janet Falzon, for a powerful full-day workshop defining the main features of trauma, its signature effects and central dynamics whilst also analyzing the Netflix series Adolescence through the lens of trauma treatment.
After overwhelming feedback from participants who found the previous version “engaging, relevant, and surprisingly informative,” this second run is now extended to 7 hours - giving us more time to reflect, explore, and deepen the work together.

Learn how early life experiences - even everyday, seemingly normal interactions - can shape behaviour, perception, and life trajectories.
Understand how trauma can be avoided, diminished, or healed - often in ways that aren’t obvious at first glance.

Experience practical tools for de-stressing, addressing difficult emotions, and supporting young people and ourselves.

I’m Janet Falzon - a Warranted Psychologist, Certified Complex Trauma Treatment Professional, Clinical Supervisor, and seasoned teacher of mindfulness, meditation, and self-compassion.
Having spent thousands of hours studying and treating trauma, I am committed to helping people heal from the deep, often hidden wounds of early adversity.
