Decluttering Workshop: Eating the Elephant (Campbelltown)

Do you feel overwhelmed by clutter and unsure where to start? Is your tenancy at risk, or does anxiety stop you from decluttering?

Join us and our special guest, Deb from Inside Out Recovery, for Eating the Elephant - a free 7-week support program that helps you understand hoarding behaviours, manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and build confidence to declutter and restore functionality to your home.

This workshop will be held over 7 sessions from 9:30am - 12:30pm on the dates listed below. We recommend attending all sessions to get the full benefit of the workshop.

• Session 1 - Monday 11th May
• Session 2 - Monday 18th May
• Session 3 - Monday 25th May
• Session 4 - Monday 1st June
• Session 5 - Friday 5th June
• Session 6 - Tuesday 9th June
• Session 7 - Monday 15th June

Morning tea and refreshments will be provided. Please provide details of any food allergies or other special dietary requirements with your RSVP.
