Campbelltown Carers Hub: Successful Transition to High School

**This is a public event being screened for your convenience in the Carer Hub not solely being delivered to Wellways Carer Gateway.

Family Advocacy are passionate about familys being heard and with that in mind are running this online session to assist you to advocate for your Teenager (or soon to be), to transition into high school and be supported.

With the right resources and support, all students with disability can have a positive and successful start and finish to their schooling journey.

These webinars aim to empower families through knowledge and ongoing support for successful student transitions. You will learn how to work collaboratively with educators to increase the well-being and school outcomes of your child as they move through the various stages of school.

A smooth transition to High School is so important as it sets students up for a positive secondary educational journey.
