Join us for a transformative sound bath experience. The soothing vibrations of Tibetan bowls, ocean drums, shaman drums, Koshi chimes, and tuning forks will guide you to a state of deep relaxation and release any negativity held within your energy centers.Sound vibration is known to help:

Wear comfortable clothing and find a quiet space to lie down or sit. Feel free to bring your most comfortable blanket from home. We have mat, blankets and pillows available. Be open to the experience and allow it to be uniquely yours.

Jessica Alejandro is a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist that is a trained and experienced forensic interviewer, crisis clinician and couple and family therapist
