December Breath and Sound Journey

Join us for our last monthly Breath & Sound Journey of 2025— a nourishing evening of conscious breathwork and sound healing guided by Kerry of Resonant Bliss and Rita of Breathwaves with Rita. Together, we create a safe, sacred space to release tension, calm the nervous system, and invite deeper presence.

💨 The Breath: You’ll be gently guided through different rhythmic breathing patterns to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity.

🔔 The Sound: Soothing live soundscapes featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and other vibrational instruments will support your integration and relaxation.

These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are — no prior experience with breathwork or sound healing is needed.
