death & grief queer meet-up: winter grief bundles with the terrorium shop!

this event is the newly rescheduled date from our november meet-up that was cancelled due to snow.

this month, we'll be collaborating with the beautiful oddities and curiosities shop, the terrorium shop, to create intentional grief bundles! masks will be required for this gathering.

join us Saturday, January 11th, 12-1pm at The Terrorium Annex to explore expressing grief with our plant and animal allies. together we’ll discover dried flowers that represent death and grief while curating our own mini-bundles, which can include bones, crystals, and other supportive add-ons*. join us in creating a beautiful piece that's uniquely infused with your feelings of grief and joy in ways that speak to you.

*add-ons will be an additional cost.

tickets: so much gratitude to shop owner amber, this event is so generously free! please RSVP as we only have 20 spots avilable. there will be options to "upgrade" your bundles with add-ons at different price points if you choose.

meet-up description: death & grief queer meet-up provides cozy spaces for queer and trans community to gather in mutual grief. we focus on a variety of themes and activities each month to explore what community grieving can look like. while we’re not a support group, our intention is to build community, learn new ways to express and understand our grief, and cultivate joy while de-stigmatizing conversations of death and beyond.

about the host: sky (they/them) is a queer autistic non-binary artist, tattooer, plant friend practitioner, and aspiring death guide. their intention for death & grief queer meet-up is to bring those moving through grief together, normalize collaborative conversation of death, and offer resources to community. this gathering is not a support group.
