Join us for Give Her Flowers, the first gathering in the Dear Me Summer Series, an intimate wellness experience centered around self-celebration, reflection, softness, and community.

So often we wait until we’ve overcome something, reached a milestone, or received validation from others before honoring ourselves. This gathering is an invitation to celebrate yourself now.

Together, we’ll create space to slow down, reconnect, and give ourselves the flowers we deserve through intentional activities, meditation, journaling, and sisterhood.

This is an intimate gathering with limited seating available.

• A journal

• Yoga Mat

• An open heart

• If you feel called to bring sacred flowers as an offering for the mandala, you can. It's not required, as we will already have flowers.
