Dear Body - Somatic Movement Workshop Sept. 7th from 2pm-3:30pm

An invitation and space to learn the language of your body through movement, music and reiki. Our bodies store what our mind has attempted to dismiss. Emotions are energy in motion so when they are not fully expressed, the energy becomes trapped and created a block within our body. These blocks can be released through being in a safe space that allows these emotions to be expressed.
In this workshop, we will be learning how to attune to the language of our body through noticing sensations and tuning into the subtle invitations. There will be opportunities for journaling to reflect on how your specific body communicates with you. We will be working with music to evoke certain emotions and giving them space to expressed through vocalizing, movement or sometimes just presence.
This workshop is for anyone curious about the mind-body connection and ready to explore their inner emotional landscape in a supportive, embodied way.
✨ No experience with Reiki or somatic movement is required—just bring a willingness to be present with yourself.
