2-hr Class: Cosmic Sound Bath, Meditation, Qigong

What to Expect:

• friendly small class size
• experience a relaxing cosmic sound bath
• learn how to balance and activate your chakras through meditation & notice any imbalances
• use inner vibrations as a tool to loosen stagnant energies in the body
• cultivate energy in your arm and hands through movements and synchronized breaths with qigong flow

What to Bring:
