Join DC Run Crew and Coach Bailey from StrongHER for a FREE HIIT Workout + Interval Running session!
Kick off your evening with an energizing, full-body workout designed to challenge your endurance, build strength, and elevate your running performance. This session will combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with structured running intervals—perfect for all fitness levels, whether you’re new to running or looking to level up your training.
Expect a dynamic, supportive environment where you can push yourself, learn proper movement techniques, and connect with others who love health, fitness, and community.
