The Physics of Play: Partner Acrobatics
We're teaching an acro class at endlessOm! This is the perfect opportunity for newcomers to learn some acro basics, for more experienced acro yogis to try out a role they don't typically do (looking at you flyers who are hesitant to base and bases who are reluctant to fly!) or to see what zany new way they can be challenged in, OR for anyone who just wants to do some acro while checking out the vibe at DC's aerial yoga studio. Come with your fabulous self or with a friend; no partner is required.
