Meet us this summer in Mosaic District every Tuesday from June 3 through August 27 for lululemon Yoga in the Park Summer Series.

Find community + sweat with us on Tuesday July 2nd from 5:30-6:15pm and flow with lululemon ambassador Britt Daniels as they lead you through an Power Vinyasa Flow.

Join our Power Vinyasa Yoga class, designed to energize and challenge you. This dynamic class focuses on building strength and flexibility through a sequence of flowing poses, linked with breath. Suitable for those who wish to deepen their practice and increase their fitness, each session aims to enhance body awareness and boost overall vitality. Prepare to sweat and rejuvenate in a class that harmonizes intensity with mindful movement.

As part of this year's Summer Sweat Series, the lululemon team at Mosiac continuing the tradition of bringing accessible, consistent, and reliable wellness events to the Mosaic and Northern Virginia community.
