Day Yoga Retreat - Harvesting Abundance & Letting Go
Schedule

Bhakti House Yoga Studio | Grand Junction, CO

About this Event
As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, autumn invites us to gather what truly nourishes us and release what we no longer need. In yoga, this balance is reflected in asteya (non-stealing) and aparigraha (non-hoarding), taking only what supports our well-being without excess, and pratyahara (turning inward).
Join Jack Utermoehl at Bhakti House Yoga Studio for an intimate afternoon retreat limited to just six participants. We’ll explore the theme of “Harvesting Abundance & Letting Go” through a carefully crafted blend of yoga, meditation, reflection, and discussion.
This is a chance to step out of your daily routine, connect with the season’s energy, and nurture yourself on every level.
You’ll be guided through gentle movement, grounding breathwork, reflective journaling, and restorative practices, with moments of integration to absorb it all.
This day yoga retreat is accessible to any level of yoga or wellness practitioner. Tea and light snacks will be available throughout the afternoon.

- Balancing Pranayama – Breathwork to center and steady your energy.
- Guided Journaling – Reflect on what you are ready to harvest and what you wish to release.
