A day of RENEWAL starting with an awakening of our senses with mindful movement, deep rest and gentle healing in the morning with local Yoga Instructor 'Zen with Paula'.
Followed with a nutritious lunch cooked for us by 'The Energised Woman' Jo Bibby (Wellness Coach and Podcaster who specialises in Nutrition and Menopause).
Fired up from lunch we will give our body a rest and allow the meal to digest whilst we exercise our mind and spirit. You will be invited to explore deeper meanings of 'Renewal' and what it means for you through a creative activity. This activity will allow space to reflect and set intentions for the season ahead.
Our senses will be in for a treat as we reveal and gift you a specially crafted DoTerra essential oil blend created especially for our RENEW retreat by Cynthia Alcantara Casillas - South Yorkshire's DoTerra Wellness Consultant.
We will close the day with optional sharing of reflection, gratitude for the present and intention for the season ahead.
