Mindfulness brings calm, clarity and joy to your life.

We experience daily pressures to succeed and we are self critical when we don’t. We rush around in the daily grind of life and at the end of the day fall into bed exhausted.
The amazing practice of mindfulness offers the practice to wake up, pay attention and be present, so we can get the most out of our lives. The common day to day overwhelm is why millions of people turn to the practice of wellness.

Our Wellness and Wellbeing events teach us all kind of new things, like how to recognise our unhealthy habits for example. And more importantly to FOCUS on Y.O.U as we always seem to neglect ourselves!

It helps us to become more tolerant, less judgemental and kinder to ourselves and others. It has been proven in many studies that mindfulness meditation and general wellness centred around the mind, body and spirit has made significant changes in brain regions associated with sense of self, empathy, memory and stress.

Our shows offer a range of practices that all contribute to the above. With new exhibitors, and practitioners at each show, we try and rotate the services and help offer an all round wellbeing show. When you create coherence in your mind, body and spirit life can begin to show you its magic. Your journey is unique and personal. It can be extremely helpful to have a knowledgeable guide helping the process of learning new practices, that expand your mind, heal your body and connect with your spirit.
