Kirsten took up IYENGAR Yoga in the 1980s and has been teaching it for 25 years. She has studied at RIMYI, Pune, India more than 20 times & continues to visit annually to study with Prashant Iyengar. She is one of the most senior Iyengar Yoga teachers in the UK and is invited to teach all over the UK and abroad.
