Day of Embodiment: Come Back Home to Yourself

Amy Argyle, a Los Angeles–based trauma-informed intuitive breathwork guide, energy weaver, and sound alchemist, and Rory Reich, a Seattle-based Energy Alchemist and Mindset Coach, invite you to a soulful day retreat in LA designed to deeply reconnect you with your body and inner well of joy, peace, and love.

This 8-hour in-person experience supports you in beginning 2026 stepping away from the noise of daily life and returning to your inner world. Amy and Rory will gently guide you through grounded meditation, intentional movement, emotional-release practices, guided journaling, breathwork, partner connection, energy clearing, and sound healing—offering each practice with the utmost care and respect. These are the same modalities they use with their clients and in their own lives to move through blocks, nurture the mind, body, and soul, and support meaningful reconnection within.

You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and centered, carrying a renewed sense of perspective and inner spaciousness—along with powerful practices you can continue using long after the retreat, because ultimately, you are your own healer.

As we step into this year beginning a new 9 year cycle, don’t miss this opportunity to begin it remembering the vibrance that already lives within you and connecting with a community of like-minded souls in a safely held, supportive space.

Herbal tea, water, and snacks will be provided; please bring your own lunch. There will be a special Cacao Circle as part of the Opening Ceremony for the day led by an Indigenous Keeper of Cacao.
