Sparking the Ignition: Mindfulness Workshop for Creative Pros

These past few years in LA have been rough for our creative community, with external factors beyond our control adversely affecting livelihood, morale, and a sense of meaningful opportunity and connection. It's no wonder so many of us are feeling fatigue, overwhelm, anxiety, and disconnection--all perfectly understandable responses.

For these reasons, we at Fancy Film are presenting Courage to Create: An Evening of Mindfulness for Creative Pros. This unique session will introduce practical, well-researched mindfulness-based tools to help quiet the mind, open the heart, and expand awareness of our experience in the present moment. The aim is to help creative professionals reconnect with intentions, respark motivation, and open to a greater sense of belonging, purpose, vision, and flow.

The workshop is led by certified mindfulness teacher, Mark Landsman, an Emmy-nominated filmmaker, who has navigated the challenges of the entertainment business for over 25 years.

And there will be ample time for some good ole fashioned mindful shmoozing over treats!
