What started as a vision has become reality. ATL Culture House is now an immersive experience called Atlanta Cultural Exchange. From June 14 through July 14, The Atlanta Cultural Exchange will transform the 8th floor of The CTR into a hub for culture featuring art, fashion, innovation and immersive experiences that celebrate the depth of Atlanta's creative spirit across 8 activation days. As part of Atlanta's cultural programming strategy surrounding FIFA World Cup 2026, this experience brings together commerce, creativity and community all in one place, powered by collaborations with artists, creatives, organizations and global partners from Atlanta and beyond. Info: Join Tabius McCoy for a conversation exploring the art of documenting Atlanta’s Black culture through photography and film.

Drawing from his documentary photography and filmmaking work, participants will gain insight into storytelling techniques, learn how to document the world around them using everyday tools like smartphones, and hear firsthand about his experience working for a historic Black publication. The session will also include audience Q&A and discussion around the power of visual storytelling and cultural preservation.
