DAY 2 of the 2026 Great American Beard and Moustache Championship weekend!
FRIDAY 8/28 12PM
As promised, we are filling theto the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.
It is the closest you can get to walking the red carpet without having an agent or a multi-million dollar contract. Located on the historic Miracle Mile, this massive monument to cinema is a thrilling, interactive playground for anyone who has ever loved a movie.
The museum houses a mind-blowing collection of authentic movie artifacts that will make yo weekend with many "LA Activities" including this visit m The Wizard of Oz
• The detailed, Intricate creature suits from Star Wars, Alien, and Marvel films
We will meet at 12pm in the courtyard out front.
Tickets are $25 general admission.
There are other museums you can visit while there at the complex:
The Petersen Auto Museum is across the street
LACMA, the LA County Museum of Art, is next door, as well as the new David Geffen gallery!
