DAWG x The St. Francis Center - Volunteering Opportunity

Join DAWG as we partner with The St. Francis Center to provide support and care to Denver's homeless population
The St. Francis Center serves 300–500 individuals experiencing homelessness per day, and provides access to essential services such as hot showers, hygiene products, clean clothing and shoes, mail services, phones and charging stations, and much more. Last year alone, they served over 10,000 unique individuals through their Day Center.
DAWG will be providing some after-hours help and participating in any of the tasks below:
- Sorting donated clothing and hygiene items
- Organizing and restocking the Clothing Room
- Sweeping and tidying common areas
- Washing, drying, and folding towels and socks
- Organizing drawers and supply storage
- Wiping down surfaces and windows
- Removing outdated décor
- Alphabetizing storage contracts and other administrative organization
- Other cleaning and organizational projects as needed
RSVP's are required as we have limited volunteer slots. We can't wait to spend some time in community with you, and creating a clean and cozy space for Denver's homeless population.
