ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: Glenn Lozuke is the Executive Chef at Weaver Street Market Co-op in Hillsborough, NC, where he recently celebrated his eleventh anniversary. With over 35 years of experience in fine dining, including at the James Beard Award-winning Magnolia Grill, as well as in catering, hotels, and country clubs, Glenn brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He leads kitchen-prepared foods product development in the co-op’s Food House commissary kitchen, assists in kitchen operations and quality control, and has spearheaded multiple prep foods projects. Additionally, Glenn collaborates with the co-op’s bread and pastry departments to develop new products. He resides in Durham, NC, with his beautiful wife Virginia, their amazing children Ava and Ethan, and their adorable calico cat, Snickers.
