Students will begin by preparing Tod Man Khao Pod, crispy corn fritters bursting with sweet and savory notes. Next, learn to craft a fragrant Massaman curry with chicken, a comforting dish layered with spices, coconut milk, and tender potatoes. To finish, create Kluay Buat Chi, a traditional dessert of bananas gently simmered in sweet coconut milk. A delicious balance of texture and flavor in every course!
