We will take you on one of our premade led rides around Darlington, following as traffic-free a path as possible.

Ride length -

FOR BEGINNER RIDES - Around 8 miles/13km for about 1 hour. Mostly off road, or low traffic road. We'll cross busy roads using crosswalks and pelican crossings.

FOR INTERMEDIATE RIDES - Around 13-16 miles for about 2 - 2.5 hours. A mix of roads and cycle paths, with most road riding being on country roads. Some sections can include fast traffic, but never busy traffic. There will be regular stops throughout. We can stop momentarily at any time if you need.

  • Please only come on an intermediate ride if you are a comfortable cyclist with average fitness levels. If you are not, then a beginner ride or a 1-1 ride may be for you.

  • Sunglasses and sunscreen
  • Appropriate clothing to where you won't be a burdon on the group
  • Gloves

We have bikes that can be borrowed for free for the duration of the ride - PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WANT TO USE ONE OF OUR BIKES IN THE ORDER FORM.

We recommend that you wear a helmet. If you do not have a helmet, let us know in the form and we can supply one for you for the duration of the ride.
