An Equinox Ritual
Step into the shadows on Sunday, September 21st at 5:30p for a special Darkk Yoga Equinox practice.
This is not your typical yoga class, it’s a descent into the undercurrent. Together, we’ll move through shadow meditation, power flow and intentional breathwork to honor the balance of light and dark at the turning of the season.
Darkk Yoga is about more than movement, it’s a ritual space to awaken your raw, instinctual body, to meet your shadows, and to alchemize them into strength and clarity. With low lighting, deep rhythms, and guided shadow meditation, this practice invites you to release, reclaim, and rise aligned with the equinox’s threshold.
