Each month, on the second Friday, Sacred Frequency Fridays offers a space for heart-based energy activations, flowing from the purest love of the Divine. These sessions are designed to awaken, expand, and integrate higher frequencies of connection and healing.

🌟 Attunements by Jennifer Francis | Reflective Awareness Jennifer Francis, a Spiritual Channel is a highly attuned Usui Reiki Grandmaster Practitioner, Seichim Reiki Master, Kundalini Master, Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, and Tummo Practitioner, will guide the activations. As an ordained universal minister, Jennifer has been attuned to over 75 energetic systems, downloads, and empowerments, granting her the ability to transmit and activate these frequencies within others.
✨ Designed for Experienced Energy Practitioners ✨ These activations are intended for those already experienced in working with spiritual energy—through any modality. Whether you practice Reiki, Qi Gong, sound healing, meditation, or another energetic discipline, this offering supports deeper refinement and expansion of your abilities.
🔹 Once attuned, participants will hold these activations forever and gain the ability to pass the energy forward, continuing the sacred cycle of energetic transformation.
🌿 Preparation for Attunement To ensure deep energetic alignment and receptivity, participants are encouraged to: 🔹 Limit caffeine, alcohol, and all substances before the activation. 🔹 Follow clean eating for at least 24 hours prior, with 48 hours or longer recommended for optimal energetic sensitivity and integration.
🌟 Post-Attunement Integration After the activation, participants will have time to absorb, process, and integrate the energetic shifts.
