ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Hi friends! I’m Sinéad ("sha-nade"). I'm a dancer, teacher of yoga+qigong, and an acupuncturist+holistic doctor! As a former gymnast and ballerina, dance class was the way I kept my spirit alive during many years of graduate school. The higher my stress, the more I danced - so I ended up dancing A LOT 😂 . Dance is my “other life”, my alter ego, my safe space to express my wildness. This SAFE SPACE is what I want to bring to you. Yes, you’ll learn how to look hot dancing and move your body - but you’ll also meet incredible women who will support your self-expression. If you’re scared, let this be your encouragement to break through and COME TRY! All are welcome.
