Dark Chester: The Guided Family Tour is a storytelling walking tour led by Green Badge Tourist Guide David Atkinson, delving into the shadows of Chester's rich heritage to explore the stories history doesn't always like to tell.

Think spooky stories, horrible histories and dark-tourism heritage, drawing on David's book A Dark History of Chester. A winner of Tourism Experience of the Year at the Marketing Cheshire Awards, Dark Chester has earned its reputation as one of the city's most compelling guided experiences.

This tour is designed for all the family to enjoy and to make things a little easier this summer, kids go free with a paying adult!
