after last year’s
wood snake slithered through deep introspection and some challenging shedding of skins growth, 2026 welcomes the Fire Horse that will gallop in with bold energy and decisive action.
Yet as with all fiery forces a fire that is burning steadily is needed so the fire keeps burning and doesn't lead to burn out. Harmonise and harness the horses vibrant revolutionary spirit towards goodwill, compassion, alignment to Shen (spirit and heart) positive transformation for oneself and the wider world.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Fire element governs the Heart (the "Emperor" of all organs), focusing on joy, consciousness, spirit (Shen), and emotional warmth. To welcome this Lunar New Year it will be a ceremony of connecting to your intentions for this new year and Harmonising your dear heart and souls intentions through
