This in-person event will be a unique opportunity to learn and practice techniques that will help you connect with the natural world and cultivate balance in your life. Whether you are a beginner or have experience with other cultivation practices, everyone is welcome to join us on this journey of self-discovery and growth. This practice is designed to cultivate the five elements from Daoist alchemy. Elemental balance is focused on during sessions while also developing an overall balance of qi inside your body. I will be guiding you through this practice with a series of energetic postures and movements based in a seated yin neigong cultivation style.

About your host: Adam has pursued and maintains an energetic cultivation practice for over a decade including meditation, mysticism, esoteric studies, Reiki and other energy healing modalities, Daoist alchemy, and neigong. He has lived in Kelowna since 2015 and is happy to call it home.
What to bring: a pillow to sit on (pillows are also provided), a bottle of water, and a willingness to learn something new. Wear loose comfortable clothing you are able to stretch in and please show up on time!
