Dancing with Sigils:What is a Sigil? Oxford Eng. Dictionary says “An inscribed or painted symbol considered to have magical power.”
Sigils can be painted, drawn, tattooed, etched or, in this case, danced. In this workshop, a sigil is defined as “A pattern of movement meant to channel intention and direct energy toward a specific intention or goal.”
Students will be guided in how to create a sigil, and then how to dance it.
Please bring:
- A journal or notebook
- A writing implement
- Water Bottle
This workshop is available to all bodies, all levels.
