Through intentional breathwork practices, you’ll release tension, open your heart, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. 1. Breathwork Journey – A guided session to release stored emotions, expand awareness, and access your inner healing intelligence.
2. Mandala Drawing – A creative expression practice to integrate insights from your breathwork experience.
3. Integration Circle – A supportive space to share, reflect, and ground your experience.
REMEMBER TO BRING a thick mat, eye mask, blanket, journal, and pillow! If you wish, feel free to bring an object related to your intention, or a photo or item of an ancestor you wish to honor.
Please REFRAIN from wearing perfume or scented products, as breathwork can heighten the sense of smell, which might trigger emotional responses or discomfort for some. Additionally, scents can be irritating to those with respiratory sensitivities, such as asthma.
Mahsa is the founder of Collective Awakening, a meditation practitioner, shamanic energy healer, coach, and breathwork facilitator. Her journey as a healer began with a natural affinity for energy work, which deepened through training in various modalities, including breathwork, meditation, energy healing, and Akashic record reading.
Mahsa’s focus is to align the mind, heart, body, and soul, facilitating holistic healing. Her meditations cultivate heart coherence, helping participants connect with love, compassion, and inner peace. In addition to her healing practices, Mahsa offers coaching to support individuals in navigating their personal growth, spiritual development, and emotional well-being.
