Mystery moves through music and art, the natural world and dreams. It speaks the language of symbols and goosebumps. It reaches out to you through songs and sacred poems, resonance and magical moments. Your heart and your body understand the language of mystery. Although your mind may not always recognise the life-giving value it brings you.
But in a busy and increasingly chaotic world, it’s hard to find space to drop in and drink deep from the well of mystery.
When you allow the mystery of life to move through you:
– you are better able to move with the flow of life, including the ups and downs it may bring.
– you find the capacity to keep creating a life that feeds your deepest being, even in the face of doubt, fear or overwhelm.
– you find a source of steadiness that sustains you, even through unstable times.
– you refill your well of hope, trust, and connection to what matters.
When you anchor into this source of wisdom, you have a sense of being held and guided by invisible hands.

– Find and work with a sacred poem friend that brings exactly the medicine you need.
– Get out of your head and drop into presence, so you can move with the flow of life.
– Experience a source of steadiness that sustains you, even in challenging times.
We will guide you step by step to open to the mystery within and around you …

Open evening (if you can’t join us for the whole workshop)
and beginning of our workshop. Do not miss.
Saturday 24 Oct: 10.30 – 17.30
Sunday 25 Oct: 10.00 – 16.30

Saturday & Sunday: Teater Refleksion, Frederiksgade 72 B, 1st floor.
Bring your own lunch. We can eat together at the venue.
