𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗻𝘇𝗮 is a dance of life. It weaves together music, authentic movement, and emotion to create a safe and nourishing space where you can reconnect with yourself and others. At its heart lies a deep respect for life, and a return to your natural state of joy, love, sensuality, and vitality.
We begin our mornings dancing under ancient olive trees, and gather in the evenings at the breathtaking 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗳𝘂 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗵𝗮 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, surrounded by sea and sky. Between sessions, you’re free to rest, swim, or simply be.

A core concept in Biodanza, 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘆, refers to the deep emotional and sensory experiences that invite us inward.
Unlike 𝘌𝘤𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘴𝘺, which expands outward, 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘀𝘆 guides us into stillness, sensation, and presence—opening space for intimate connection with ourselves and others, from a place of softness and truth.
