Join us for a joyful journey of movement and music with Biodanza, a practice that connects us to our deepest selves and the natural world. We all have the four elements within us in different proportions:
𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲: Determination, impulse, strength, intensity, passion, deep desire.
𝗔𝗶𝗿: Freedom, expansion, lightness, tenderness, dreams, sensitivity, romance, openness.
𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿: Flow, adaptability, purity, sensuality, enjoyment, surrender.
𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵: Connection to origins, grounding, roots, reality, the present moment.
When these elements are out of balance, we face existential difficulties. Through the power of the 4 Elements, Biodanza helps us manifest and strengthen these energies, fostering authentic connections and a profound sense of being alive.
🌀 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁:
