Brazilian Energy Week at The Staiths Cafe 2026!

I'm thrilled to have been invited back as part of this week long celebration of Brazilian culture. Join me for two fantastic sessions:

Monday 20th July 2026 - 6-7:30pm - Brazilian Samba Dance Class:

Come and learn how to Samba no Pé like they do in Rio Carnival!

We will learn the basic 'passista' steps, some Samba history and put together a fun routine for you to show off at the Saturday party with.

Wear comfortable clothing, trainers and remember to bring water! Suitable for beginners.

Wednesday 22nd July 2026 - 6-7pm - Brazilian themed Zumba Class:

All your favourite Zumba rhythms with a Brazilian twist!

Think Salsa, Samba, Funk, Reggaeton and much more!

Wear comfortable clothing, trainers and remember to bring water. Suitable for all fitness levels
