Dance Party!

Our Monthly Dance Party is a fun-filled celebration of movement, music, community connection, and laughter. This inclusive event welcomes everyone, regardless of dance experience—whether you're a seasoned dancer or just looking to have fun, this is your space! Our facilitator will guide the group through accessible choreography, but the real magic happens when you express yourself in your own unique way.

Registration Reminder: If you are bringing a support person or caregiver, please ensure you register for two tickets—one for yourself and one for your support person.

What to Expect:During this 60-minute long event, you'll enjoy:

• Guided dance moves led by our facilitator
• Freedom to move in your own way—follow along or groove to your own beat
• Fun and connection with others through shared movement and laughter

This Dance Party is designed to encourage self-expression, creativity, and joy. It’s a space where you can explore movement, have fun, and connect with others in a welcoming community environment.

Accessibility & Support:Open Up events are designed to be accessible to people with and without disabilities—everyone is welcome! Our facilitators work to meet the unique needs of each participant and create a supportive, sensory-friendly environment. Additional Information:Some participants may make sudden movements or sounds during the event—this is part of our inclusive environment. Feel free to bring your own headphones if you think you will need them. We also have a relaxation space available at the back of the studio. If you're bringing a group, please register each individual separately.

Age Requirement: Open to all ages!

• All new participants will be asked to sign a waiver, studio agreements and optional photo release upon arrival at the first class. You can read the terms here.
