ACCR is a county-supported initiative that brings together individuals with lived experience, service providers, and community organizations to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and strengthen pathways to whole-person wellness throughout our region. As we recognize National Mental Health Awareness Month, Seeds of Wellness serves as an opportunity to bring our community together in support of whole-person well-being and accessible pathways to wellness.
Seeds of Wellness is designed to highlight the importance of whole-person well-being through SAMHSA’s 8 Dimensions of Wellness. Our goal is to create an inclusive space where community members can discover supportive resources, connect with local organizations, and explore new ways to strengthen their personal wellness journeys.
